Case History.— A 62-year-old white woman had a seven-year history of a mass located on the right side of the nose, above the ala, which had been gradually enlarging for the past ten months. There was no history of pain, tenderness, bleeding, excoriation, discharge, or infection associated with this mass.

Physical examination revealed a 10x15-mm nontender, nonerythematous, firm sessile mass located just to the right of the midline on the nasal tip (Fig 1). What is your diagnosis?
