A 44-year-old Negro man had had a six-month history of mild intermittent epistaxis on the right side, controlled by the patient with pressure only. He had experienced nasal obstruction on the right side only in association with the nose bleeds during the previous four months. Examination revealed a 2.5 x 1.5 cm whitish translucent "polyp" protruding through the middle meatus. The mass was biopsied while the subject was an outpatient (Fig 1 and 2). What is your diagnosis?
