To the Editor.
—Dr. Szpunar is right and Dr. Martinson is very polite to me (ARCH OTOLARYNG91:101, 1970). My Latin teacher would not be as disappointed, because my Latin was always bad. I am ashamed and know of this mistake since the paper was published in 1964. Glomus laryngicum inferius or caudale would be correct. Americanized (or Germanized) Latin is an offense to many ears, and in my opinion there is no excuse.
