This short monograph deals with the various methods of roentgen diagnosis of lesions of the mediastinum. Special emphasis is placed on esophagokymography. Experimental studies show a marked neurovegetative correlation and, with proper nerve block or medication, it is possible to demonstrate early metastatic lesion in this area.
