THE FOLLOWING listing of hearing centers in the United States was compiled from questionnaires sent to the centers and returned during the period of Nov. 1, 1954, to March 1, 1955.

When questionnaires were not returned, the information from the previous survey 1 was used. A blank space was left for any newly listed centers which did not return a questionnaire. Twelve new centers were added in this year's listing, including all the Veteran Administration audiology centers.
