A 59-year-old woman presented with a 1.5-cm slowly enlarging, painless, firm nodule at the concha-meatal junction of the right ear. The mass had been present for at least 1 year and was not associated with drainage or crusting. There were no signs of local inflammation or regional adenopathy. Excisional biopsy was performed. Representative histopathologic sections are presented in Figs 1 and 2.
