The following information was obtained from Willard E. Fee, Jr, MD, Secretary of the American Society of Head Neck Surgery. Plans are well under way for the Second International Conference on Head and Neck Cancer. This will be held in Boston, July 31 through Aug 5, 1988, and is sponsored by the Society. This conference follows the successful First International Conference held in Baltimore in 1984. The conference will be multidisciplinary in approach and will feature national and international speakers in head and neck surgery, radiation therapy, medical oncology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and cell biology. In addition, there will be proffered papers, panel discussions, and posters on every aspect of head and neck cancer.
