Course.—A "Basic Course in Otolaryngic Allergy" will be held Oct 28 to Nov 2, 1986, in Seattle.
The course, which is designed primarily for otolaryngologists, pediatricians, and family practitioners, will offer a practical look at immunology; a brief comparison of various approaches to allergy, past and present; an applied workshop for skin testing and food allergy evaluation; and a practical format for integrating allergy into the ear, nose, and throat practice. Twenty-eight credit hours will be given.

Conference.—Three state-of-the-art conferences will be held at The University of Iowa during 1986, 1987, and 1988 on topics about cleft lip and palate and related disorders.
