A 64-year-old white man had had intermittent nasal dryness and mucous drainage for five years. Examination of the right nasal cavity revealed a large submucosal mass replacing the inferior nasal turbinate and causing significant airway obstruction. There was no cervical lymphadenopathy.
The tumor was excised through a right lateral rhinotomy and partial maxillotomy (Figs 1 through 3).

A 79-year-old woman was noted to have a large mass on her forehead during hospitalization for an unrelated problem. She stated that the mass had been present for years and had been slowly enlarging. Physical examination revealed a 6-cm, ovoid, soft, mobile subcutaneous mass in the right supraorbital region. The overlying skin was intact.
