The bond between physician and patient is both a powerful healing force and the ultimate source of the satisfaction we derive from our profession. This link should be used more often than it is to educate our patients and to modify their behavior. I want to share a few thoughts on this subject with you today.

This is the time of year when some of our patients come to the office bringing the greetings of the season and, occasionally, bearing gifts for their doctors.
