Written Examination.—The American Board of Otolaryngology will administer its written examination Sept 12, 1982, at the Palmer House in Chicago. Registration will be held on Sept 11, 1982, at 5 PM at the Palmer House. It is estimated that the examination will conclude at 6 pm on Sept 12, 1982.
The deadline for application is May 1. For the new application form, contact George F. Reed, MD, Secretary-Treasurer, the American Board of Otolaryngology, 220 Collingwood Suite 130, Ann Arbor, MI 48103.
New Officers.—At the recent meeting of the Society of University Otolaryngologists, the following officers were elected for 1982: president, Robert W. Cantrell, MD; president-elect, Maxwell Abramson, MD; secretarytreasurer, William Meyerhoff, MD; and councilmen, Lee Harker, MD; James L. Parkin, MD, and Harold R. Pillsbury, MD.
