Photographer: Charles E. Moore, MD, Mableton, Georgia. The photograph within the Yu Garden was taken in Shanghai, China, in November 2007 while I was traveling with family. The Yu Garden is located at the center of the Old City. Construction of the garden began in the Ming Dynasty, giving the garden more than 500 years of history. It is a classical Chinese garden with over 30 pavillions linked by a maze of corridors and bridges over ponds.
