Typographical Error in E-mail Address. In the article titled "Alternative to Tracheotomy in a Newborn With CHARGE Association," by Daniel, published in the March issue of the Archives (2008;134[3]:322-323), a typographical error occurred in the author's e-mail address. On page 323, right-hand column, "Correspondence" subsection of the "Acknowledgment" section, fifth line, the author's e-mail address should have read as follows: sam.daniel{at}muhc.mcgill.ca. Online versions of this article on the Archives of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery Web site were corrected on March 17, 2008.
