Error in Byline. In the Original Article titled "Graded Carbon Dioxide Laser–Induced Subglottic Injury in the Rabbit Model," published in the April issue of the Archives (2007;133[4]:358-364), an error occurred in the presentation of the fifth author's name in the byline on page 358.
