1999 May 22-23 The AO ASIF Distraction Osteogenesis Course, Louisville, Ky. This course is intended to provide a forum through which attendees may gain a clear understanding of the principles of distraction osteogenesis, as applied in the craniomaxillofacial skeleton according to AO ASIF principles and techniques.
