A 32-year-old woman presented with a 6-month history of a nasal lesion. A pink and white, smooth-surfaced, sessile, nontender papule measuring 2 to 3 mm in diameter was observed on the left side of the midcolumellar region of her nose (Figure 1). There were no other lesions on her body. Examination of her ears, nose, and throat revealed no other abnormalities. She did not complain of erythema, itching, pain, infection, or growth of the lesion. Her medical history did not include a systemic disease or exposure to sexually transmitted infections. She was interested in diving.
