A 32-year-old white woman was referred with a 2-month history of a lump in the right jugulodigastric region. On examination, a firm mass measuring approximately 3x4 cm was palpable under the angle of the mandible. An ultrasound scan revealed other hypoechoeic masses in the anterior triangles of the neck. A postcontrast computed tomographic scan revealed 2 small (<1.0 cm) right thyroid nodules (Figure 1, small arrows) and multiple hyperdense lymph nodes (Figure 1, large arrows). There were also multiple small opacifications throughout both lung fields (Figure 2). The patient was otherwise well and was not using any medication.
