A 14-YEAR-OLD boy presented with a 1-month history of facial swelling over the right maxillary area and a 1-year history of a right nasal obstruction. He had no ocular or otologic symptoms. His medical history was unremarkable except for asthma. The physical examination revealed inflammatory polypoid changes in the nasal cavity bilaterally and a superiorly displaced right canine tooth. The computed tomographic (CT) images without contrast are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. The coronal CT scans revealed a unilocular and expansile cystic lesion in the right maxillary sinus, with an unerupted tooth.
