Patulous Eustachian Tube Syndrome

Abstract

Patulous eustachian tube is an uncommonly diagnosed problem that may be incapacitating. We have developed a new procedure for the relief of the severe symptomatic patulous eustachian tube syndrome. Tensor veli palatini transposition procedure was performed without complication in three patients, with improvement or complete relief.
