Malignant Oncocytoma of the Parotid Gland

Abstract

Malignant oncocytoma occurred in the parotid gland of a 50-year-old woman. The tumor metastasized to the cervical lymph nodes, but the patient was free of disease 21/2 years after initial resection. Malignant oncocytomas of the salivary glands are extremely rare, and the number of instances reported is too small to permit any conclusion regarding progno
