Laryngeal Involvement in Benign Symmetric Lipomatosis

Abstract
Infiltration of the false cords with lipomatous tissue in a patient with benign symmetric lipomatosis was treated by laryngofissure and resection of lipomatous tissue with excellent results. The French literature reports a similar case.
