Velopharyngeal Insufficiency After Adenoidectomy

Abstract

In cases of velopharyngeal insufficiency which meet optimal criteria for a successful result, pharyngoplasty is usually successful. A procedure which can be performed conveniently by otolaryngologists was used in two cases.
