Malignant Hyperthermia During Anesthesia for Adenoidectomy

Abstract
The possible causes of malignant hyperthermia are discussed. The vital importance of early diagnosis, early termination of anesthesia and surgery, and vigorous therapy is stressed and a case report with an explanation of the successful therapy used is presented.
