Stenosis of the Nostril

Repair by Triplanar W-Plasty

Abstract

A triplanar W-plasty technique is presented for the repair of stenosis of the nostril. This procedure offers an uncomplicated solution to a complex problem. The prolonged use of a nostril stent is mandatory and cannot be overemphasized.
