Hemilaryngectomy for T2 Glottic Cancers

Abstract

Hemilaryngectomy is the modality of choice for true vocal cord cancers which extend beyond the confines of the membranous vocal cord. A three-year tumor control rate of 77% can be obtained if the criteria of case selection presented are maintained.
