Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo in Vitamin B12 Deficiency

Abstract

A patient with vitamin B12, deficiency without anemia developed early neurologic manifestations of pernicious anemia, including a previously unreported complication of paroxysmal positional vertigo. All complications promptly disappeared with cyanocobalamin therapy.
