Malignant Change in Sphenoid Sinus Fibrous Dysplasia

Abstract
Craniofacial fibrous dysplasia rarely involves the sphenoid sinus. In the patient described, a 58-year-old woman, her condition was further complicated by spontaneous malignant transformation of the tumor. She had no history of irradiation of the face.
