Nasal Cavity Squamous Cell Carcinoma in Wegener's Granulomatosis

Wegener's granulomatosis is a chronic debilitating disease with multiple
organ system involvement, variable course, and myriad complications that cause
morbidity and mortality. We report 2 cases of nasal cavity squamous cell carcinoma
occurring in long-standing Wegener's granulomatosis.
