Hereditary Angioneurotic Edema First Observed as an Epiglottiditis

Abstract
Hereditary angioneurotic edema was initially observed as an acute epiglottiditis. The pathophysiologic findings, management of this condition, and an awareness of the diagnosis should lead to appropriate treatment.
