Abstract
An unusual case of a synovial cell sarcoma arising in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) occurred in a 22-year-old man with clinical signs suggestive of joint dysfunction. An algorithm details the use of various diagnostic imaging techniques in the evaluation of TMJ pathosis.
