Abstract
Chondrosarcoma of the nasal septum is a rare pathological entity. The histologic and roentgenographic features as well as the clinical presentations are diverse. Treatment of choice is a wide surgical excision, which demands a craniofacial approach. We are presenting the sixth reported case and, to our knowledge, the first one in which this surgical approach was used.
