Treatment of Acute Ear Canal Stenosis With an Expanding Cellulose Wick

Abstract

• Rapid initiation of treatment of ear canal narrowing after trauma resulted in a normal ear. Dilation of the stenosis and maintenance of the canal size was accomplished with an expanding cellulose wick.
