Abstract
A technique for the preparation of undecalcified sections of temporal bone gives sections 15µ to 25µ in thickness, which are of satisfactory quality. It allows the study of ear abnormalities associated with bone disease and permits the application of skeletal bone research techniques to the temporal bone, facilitating the investigation of the dynamic activity of its bony elements.
