Abstract
An otherwise healthy black boy had bilateral nasoethmoidal meningoencephalocele. The cranial ends of the tumors were amputated by frontal craniotomy when the boy was 3 months of age. The external portions of the tumors were excised when he was 7 months old. The patient was followed up for two years after the second operation.
